SW called to update the office she mentioned she had spoken to the client and his daughter – both are happy with the carer provided and the regular carers attending to Mic. They both are happy with Ifu and shared kind compliments about her . She mentioned Mic gets along really well with her.

Samantha is amazing. Samantha J is more like a friend. She has good communication with my wife.

I am very happy with the care that I am getting and that Ivy is making a diffrence in my life.

Lynda called and she complimented the carers. She said they are all very good and they complete all tasks and have built a relationship with them. Gareth and I will miss the Carers that have been coming to our home – we know everyone’s name now (or near enough!) and we have built up a good relationship with all of them. They are charming, polite and caring, please do let them know this on our behalf.

The carers have gone above and beyond , they even are family now , they even call me to point out things I should do like calling G.P buying meals etc.

The service user and family would also like me to share some feedback in regards to TLB 24/7 to say how wonderful the staff were that supported Peter – they were all kind and patience with him and they found this to be a wonderful experience . So thank you

Rue is amazing. I feel very relaxed when I see that is it Rue who is attending. She has gotten to know mum so well and she goes above and beyond for her. I could not be more happy with the care my mum receives.

I cannot say enough good things regarding Blessing. She goes above and beyond when supporting me and that she makes me feel normal.
